The colour concept for the interior was provided by the surroundings around Lake Kaltern: Thus, not only the blue of the picturesque lake is reflected in the house, but also the purple of the grapes and the various shades of green in the landscape. Selected, exclusive pieces of furniture from Italian brand manufacturers complement the furnishing.

The historic manor house is situated in one of the most exclusive locations in South Tyrol: Vineyards as far as the eye can see. An indescribable silence. No direct neighbours. Only nature, which sets the tone every day and gives you a feeling of home.
