Comfort & Luxury All Inclusive

• Generous Deluxe Brunch from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
• From 12:00 p.m., Mediterranean appetizers and soft drinks by the pool
• Mediterranean garden with saltwater pool and outdoor whirlpool (open until 11:00 p.m.)
• Soft bathrobes, sauna towels, and a wellness bag
• One parking space per suite, including charging stations for electric vehicles
• Storage room for bicycles and mountain bikes
• Wi-Fi throughout the entire property

Cocktails, coffee specialties, ice cream cups, sorbets, and a selection of wines are charged separately.

On Mondays and Thursdays, upon request and with an additional charge, we pamper you with a romantic dinner (à la carte or tasting menu).

Our gift to you: for stays of at least 7 nights, we invite you once to a dinner for two.

Our Prices

Prices are per person per day and exclude the legally required tourist tax of €0.85. The Deluxe Breakfast / Brunch is already included.

Booking

The reservation becomes binding after your written confirmation and our written confirmation. During certain seasonal periods, a deposit of 30% of the total stay is required; upon receipt of the deposit, the reservation is considered confirmed.

The remaining balance can be paid upon departure in cash (please note the legal limit of €1,000), by debit card, Visa, or Mastercard.

Cancellation Policy

Plans sometimes change. Our flexible cancellation conditions:

• Up to 8 weeks before arrival: €50 per suite
• 8–4 weeks before arrival: 20% of the stay
• 4 weeks – 10 days before arrival: 50% of the stay
• From 10 days before arrival: 70% of the stay

Late arrival, no-show, or early departure will be charged the full amount of the booked stay. Cancellation policies remain valid regardless of whether the suite can be rebooked.

Payment

The invoice can be settled in cash, by debit card, Visa, Mastercard, or via bank transfer in advance.

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-In: from 3:00 p.m.

If you arrive earlier, you may take advantage of our Early Check-In and enjoy all the services of the residence free of charge even before entering your suite—from the pool area and Mediterranean garden to our lounges.

Check-Out: until 10:00 a.m.

Upon request, you may benefit from Late Check-Out and continue using all areas of the property free of charge until 7:00 p.m., including showers and restrooms in the pool area, allowing you to end your stay in a relaxed and enjoyable way.
